I’m a big fan of space shooters, the X-Wing series, Freespace, Freelancer, you name it. It’s a genre that’s been fairly ignored in recent years, so when it was announced a shooter was being developed based on Battlestar Galactica, one of the finest TV shows ever I was more than a little excited!

The PSP2 was officially announced at a Sony Press Conference in Tokyo today. It’s already shaping up to be pretty amazing and as long as the price isn’t too mad i’m sold.
