I could imagine it being a pretty nice laid back place to work. I have to admit I rarely take price into account when i'm in Japan, I go into holiday mode and stop worrying about costs, that and the bungee-jumping exchange rate make it a nightmare to work out prices year on year! I’d find it hard to live without my trusty Foreman – I cook so much on the damn thing, in fact since that picture was taken i’ve upgraded to a larger model so I can cook more faster! :D
